We were at this Obi for bathroom planning. We were advised by Jörg Hammer. And the name says it all. Hammer advice. Hammer patience with us. He also sent us a list of items where everything is detailed that you need. Hammer! Really very, very good employee, and that even though colleagues were presumably absent. I am very satisfied, and the employee definitely deserves a raise!

Large hardware store with free parking. Unfortunately, little staff to gather information. No mobile reception in the hardware store. Perhaps free Wi-Fi could also be provided for customers here. Otherwise, everything is okay. I will continue to come here to procure my materials. I can definitely recommend it. Thumbs up!

Friendly staff, but sometimes they are, although responsible for a specific area, not sufficiently trained or do not have comprehensive knowledge in their area, so that customer advice ends up being unsatisfactory. Otherwise, there is a comprehensive range of items available. Recently, however, we had to observe that due to the overall economic situation, products have not been available and could not be procured for an extended period.

I am disappointed that one has to look for a specialist. If you find someone, you are given a friendly smile and a slap. I don't know if it is in the interest of the company if customers decide on a product. It is not possible to transfer this from one branch to another. This runs through the central office. Also, no solutions are sought to accommodate the customer. Is this too much to ask? It is strange that it works in another branch. There, one feels like a customer.
